1. Committee of Event Organization

The events are organized by Center for IT-based Education (CITE), and co-organized by Research Administration Center (RAC). The purpose of these events is to make participants more aware of entrepreneurial stories, career paths, and opportunities.

The events' organization committee includes the following four persons:

  • Dr. Jingjing Lin (Assistant Professor) is in charge of this series of events' planning, developing, and operation.

  • Professor Hitoshi Goto reviews the whole process.
  • Associtate Professor Tohru Tsuchiya provides support in promoting these events to local communities and Tongali community.

2. Event promotion

The events were emailed to all faculty members, students, and staff and we welcome all TUT members to participate.

Each event of the series is published on a dedicated event notice page of CITE website. For instance:
We use LinkedIn and Twitter to push the event to bigger online audience.
The events are set to be open to the public without any requirement of sign-up and sign-in on the TUT LMS system. Therefore, we cannot foresee who will be participating in your event that day. However, TUT members are encouraged to login to the system using their university account so that their identities can be verified.

It is possible to change the background, like Zoom. Here is a tutorial video to show you how to use the meeting room.

If you need some in person support about how to use the meeting room, please do not hesitate to contact Dr. Jingjing Lin for a short online meeting.
